Method of Selection :-

1. CBT will be conducted for the candidates who have submitted online application as per the advertisement.
2. If CBT is conducted in multiple batches then the answer sheet will be evaluated using Z-Normalized Score method.
3. For UR, BC, EBC and female applicants, the minimum qualifying marks (%)/normalised score in CBT will be 40, 36.5, 34 and 32 respectively
4. As per paragraph notification 7(c), a merit list will be prepared on the basis of CBT (Computer Based Test) scores of the candidates.
5. Candidates will be shortlisted from the merit list in the ratio of 1:1 (actual vacancy as advertised) for documents/certificate verification.
6. The final selection will be based on merit along with the report of verification of documents.
7. A Mock/Demo Computer Based Test with only a few questions will be available on the Company’s website www.bsphcl.co.in for the candidates to practice and familiarize themselves before the test.

Important instructions before filling online application :-

• For the post of AEE (General) and A.Ex.E. (GTO) Eligible candidates have to fill only one online application form.
• Candidates eligible for JEE (General) and JEE (GTO) posts need to fill only one online application form.
• For the post of (i) Assistant (ii) Correspondence Clerk and (3) Store Assistant, eligible candidates are required to fill only one online application form. D. Have it for the rest of the post. Assistant Engineer (Civil), Accounts Officer, Revenue Officer, Assistant IT Manager, Junior Engineer (Civil), Assistant Law Officer and Junior Accounts Clerk, candidates have to fill separate online application forms.
