Work Experience :
- The work experience should be after acquiring the relevant educational qualification and should be in-line executive experience.
- Work experience of the candidate as Graduate Engineer Trainee or Management Trainee will be taken into account only if he/she has been regularized in the same organization.
- Apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961, will not be counted as post-qualification in-line executive work experience.
- Candidates employed in Central/State Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies must produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their present employer at the time of interview.
- The experience of candidates working on contract basis through listed agency/contractor (i.e., those who have been deployed by another agency/organization on contract basis to work on project/construction/O&M or any other activity) will not be considered. Only direct work experience including employment on fixed term basis in an organization will be considered.

How to Apply :
- Before applying, candidates are advised to read the advertisement carefully and ensure that they meet all the eligibility criteria.
- Eligible and interested candidates are required to apply online on NFL website: www.nationalfertilizers.com from 11/06/2024 to 01/07/2024 till 23:59:59. Career in NFL Recruitment Recruitment of experienced professionals at E-1 level in NFL-2024. No other mode of application including manual/paper will be accepted/entertained.
- Only one application per candidate is permitted for a particular post. The details in the online application form can be edited/modified before submission of application fee or final submission of online form and the details once finally submitted cannot be changed under any circumstances. Therefore, candidates are strictly advised to ensure that they have filled in the correct details and particulars in the online application form before final submission. It is to be noted that incorrect declaration will disqualify the candidate from this recruitment process.
- Incomplete online applications will be summarily rejected.
- Candidates must have a valid e-mail ID which should remain valid for at least one and a half years.
Step 1 : Candidate Registration
Candidates who have already created their account in the NFL recruitment portal need not create their account again. They can easily log in to the portal using their login credentials to fill the application form. Candidates who are not registered in the NFL recruitment portal are required to create an account using their personal email ID and mobile number and create their password. After successful registration, the log-in credentials will be sent to the candidate on the registered email ID. Candidates are advised to remember the UserID (Email ID) and Password for future reference/use.
Step 2 : Filling Candidate Details in Application Form
Candidate has to log in to the Recruitment Portal with the registered Email ID/User ID/Mobile Number and Password created by him/her. After logging in, the candidate will reach the instruction page. Candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully before proceeding to the next page. In the next pages candidate has to submit all the required details such as post selection, personal details, education details, experience details etc.

Step 4: Application Preview and Submission
This is the final submission process and after this candidates cannot make any changes in the details once submitted. Hence, candidates are advised to enter the details carefully in the portal and check the same before final submission.
Step 5 : The application fee is paid.
Pay the application fee, as applicable. Fee can be paid through any debit/credit card/net banking/UPI ID using the online payment gateway facility. Failed transaction amount will be automatically refunded to the same account from which the payment was originally made, within 15 working days.
