PNB Apprentice Recruitment Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any school, college or university authorized by UGC, AICTE or government agencies. If requested by the bank, the candidate must provide the mark sheet and provisional/degree certificate issued by the university, college or institute. The qualifying result will be declared on or before June 30, 2024. Applicants for training seats in a given state or union territory must be fluent in the local language of that state or union territory, having mastery in reading, writing, speaking and understanding.

Terms & Conditions for Engagement of Apprentices:
- The provision of any law relating to labour such as PF, ESI, Bonus shall not apply to or in respect of such apprenticeship.
- A contract having a unique contract code number shall be generated by the Apprenticeship Portal between the Bank and the candidate, which shall be digitally signed by both the parties.
- The contract of apprenticeship shall stand terminated if the apprentice does not report at the Bank’s training location/Bank branch on the date of commencement of basic training/on-the-job training. Further, during the apprenticeship, if the apprentice is found to have indulged in any misbehavior/disobedience/unsatisfactory performance/any other act detrimental to the interest of the Bank, the contract may be terminated by the Bank by giving 07 days’ notice. The contract of apprenticeship shall stand terminated automatically on completion of the period of apprenticeship training.
- The apprentices shall be entitled to leave as admissible at the Bank/branch/location. Additionally, on completion of each month of internship, students will be eligible for one month of casual leave. No other type of leave shall be applicable to the apprentices.

Or applicants are required to visit https://www.pnbindia.in/Recruitments.aspx.
All eligible applicants are requested to register themselves for Apprenticeship Entrance Examination/Test by visiting the “Career Opportunities” section of www.bfsissc.com and pay the applicable examination fee as per the category mentioned under section “L” below. Thereafter, the applicant is required to register separately on two different Government Apprenticeship Portals and complete their profile, if not done earlier.
- NAPS Apprenticeship Portal www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in (Apprentice Login/Registration section) and
- NATS Portal www.nats.education.gov.in (Student Register/Login section – applicable only for those who have passed graduation on or after 1st April 2020).
All applicants, after successfully registering in the respective apprenticeship portal NAPS and/or NATS, will receive email communication from BFSI SSC asking for your NAPS Apprentice Code Number and/or NATS Enrolment Number.
All applicants are required to provide their basic personal details, category, name of scribe (in case of PwBD candidates).
Candidates must have valid email ID and mobile number, which should be kept active till the declaration of results. This will help them in receiving call letters/advices/notifications etc. by email/SMS.
