According to the commission, the written examination will be conducted on February 8, 2026, at multiple examination centres across Uttar Pradesh. The recruitment drive aims to fill over 5,000 vacancies in various state government departments.
The admit card is a mandatory document for entry into the examination hall. Candidates must log in using their registration number, date of birth and gender to access it. UPSSSC has clearly stated that candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam without a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid government-issued photo ID.

UPSSSC Junior Assistant Exam 2026: Important Guidelines
Candidates are advised to carefully verify all details mentioned on the admit card, including exam date, reporting time, centre address and shift timing. The hall ticket also lists prohibited items such as mobile phones, electronic gadgets and calculators, which are not allowed inside the examination centre.
Aspirants are encouraged to reach their exam venue at least 60 minutes before the scheduled time to complete security checks and biometric verification smoothly.
This recruitment process falls under the UPSSSC 2023–24 notification cycle for the appointment of Junior Assistants, Junior Clerks and Assistant Grade-III posts.
