Online Application Process :-
- The candidate will have to go to the Board’s website https://uppbpb.gov.in and click on All Notification/ Advertisement, then click on Candidate’s Registration for Reserve Civil Police and complete the further procedures.
- All candidates should understand the instructions for filling the application form thoroughly and apply accordingly.
- To solve any problem faced in filling the application form, helpline number 044-47749010 is being issued, the last date for applying is 18.01. Will remain operational till 2024.
Photograph and Signature :-
Apart from other information, photo and signature will have to be uploaded separately in the application form.
Candidates should upload their color photograph of prescribed size (minimum 20 KB and maximum 50 KB) and signature (minimum 5 KB and maximum 20 KB) as mentioned in the application, scan in KB only. Also keep in mind that the color photo should be latest. The size of the color photo should be 35 mm (1.4 inches) x 45 mm (1.75 inches) with approximately 70 percent of the photo face covered. A serving candidate should not wear any uniform in his/her photograph. The photograph of the candidate must meet the following requirements.
- The facial image should be clearly visible. There should not be excessive glare/shadow on the face.
- The photograph for enrollment must have been taken within 6 months.
- A plain white or light gray background is required.
- Clearly visible from chin to head.
- Neutral expression (mouth closed, eyes open).
- Both sides of the face (both ears) are clearly visible.
- Look straight at the camera.
- In case of wearing glasses, the eyes should be clearly visible and the glasses should not be colored.
- Cap, muffler etc. should not be worn in the photo.
Similarly, candidates will put signature in black ink on a piece of paper 3.5 cm wide and 1.5 cm long and scan it in JPEG, JPG, JPE format, the size of which should be more than 5 KB and less than 20 KB. ,
If the photo and signature are not scanned and uploaded in the prescribed size with the above specifications, the application form will not be accepted.
