Applicants have to fill the online application using their valid email address and mobile number. Will leave a mark.
- Any disruption in banking or internet will not be the fault of the Council Secretariat. As a result, candidates will complete the entire process before the scheduled time and will not have to wait for the deadline.
- Applicants must attach a scanned copy of their signature in both Hindi and English along with their latest photograph in the designated field of the online application. It is the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that their uploaded photograph and signature are clear.
- As per Resolution No. 10668, dated 29.06.2022, of the General Administration Department of the Government of Bihar, candidates with Benchmark Disability (PWBD) are required to indicate on their online application whether they have a Dictaphone, even if they actually have one. Is there one or not (yes no). Access to the author will be possible only after selection.

- After final submission of filled online application form, the candidate has to login again at the same time and download the filled application form from “Download Complete Application” available on the dashboard and print two copies of the same. You must retain a copy of all the certificates/documents mentioned in connection with the advertisement. The candidate will have to produce the said hard copy and all relevant certificates at any time when called by the Council Secretariat.
- At the time of appointment, it will be mandatory to submit original copies of all the certificates and mark sheets mentioned in the application form. The Council Secretariat will be free to take a decision regarding the eligibility of the candidates who do not comply with the above instructions.
- The applicant must ensure that he/she has all the required original certificates at the time of filling the application.
