Vacancy :-
- The following come under the purview of the Education Department: Special School Teacher (Class 9-10), School Teacher Higher Secondary, Middle School (Class 6-8), and Secondary (Class 9-10). Subject wise vacancy and district wise reservation roster for the post of school teacher (class 11 to 12) will be made available and displayed in a consolidated manner on the Commission’s website www.bpsc.bih.nic.in. administrative department.
- The list of vacant posts of school teachers for classes 1 to 5, classes 6 to 10 and classes 11 to 12 as per subject and qualification under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Welfare Department will be prepared by the Administrative Department and later it will be displayed on the Commission’s website www.bpsc.bih.nic.in.
- The examination may be conducted in more than one phase according to the number of candidates.
- Candidates appearing in Teacher Eligibility, Training Qualification and Educational Test (CTET/STET) will not appear in the examination of this advertisement.

Bihar BPSC Tre 3.0 Teacher Vacancy Qualification Details
(i) The minimum educational and training qualifications for appointment will be as follows:
Graduation (a degree obtained from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission) and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
Or
Graduation or Post Graduation with at least 50% marks and B.Ed.
Or
Graduation with minimum 45% marks and one year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) as per National Recognition of Teacher Education, Norms and Procedure Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. Minimum 50% in Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) and four year B.A./B.Sc.Ed. Or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.
Or
Graduation with minimum 50% marks and one year B.Ed. (special education)
Or
Postgraduate degree with at least 55% of possible marks, or equivalent grade, and three-year integrated B.Ed., M.Ed.
Or
B.C.A with minimum 50% marks. And two year B.Ed./B.Ed./Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name called). (Special Education)/MCA with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade. And three-year integrated B.Ed, M.Ed.
As per the 2014 Recognition Norms and Procedure Regulations of the National Council for Teacher Education, Bachelor of Engineering degree (with focus on Science and Mathematics) and B.Ed. Candidate for.
Or
B.Sc (Bio-Technology) or B.Sc (Electronics) and B.Ed.
(ii) The relevant language subject should be studied as an honors or supporting subject at the graduate level for language teachers of classes 6-8, such as an Urdu teacher or Aalim degree for graduates, or a Sanskrit language teacher degree (Bachelor/ Shastri (in Sanskrit).
(iii) For a school teacher of Social Science subject of class 6-8, any two subjects out of History, Geography, Political Science, Philosophy, Economics, Commerce, Psychology, Sociology, Home Science should be studied at graduation level.
(iv) For Mathematics and Science subject of class 6-8, one should have studied any two subjects of Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany or Zoology) at graduation level. Till B.Ed. And Diploma in Education (Special Education) exists. (Special Education) Only for Indians
