Haryana Police Constable Recruitment Qualifying Test:-

Adequate number of candidates will be invited for Physical Measurement Test and Physical Screening Test by Haryana Staff Selection Commission who will qualify only on the basis of their performance in Common Eligibility Test (CET). The objective is to prepare a shortlist of eligible applicants for the Knowledge Test equal to four times the number of posts advertised in each category. Haryana Staff Selection Commission can conduct it in as many batches as it deems necessary.

Physical Measurement Test (PMT) for Haryana Police Constable Recruitment:

1. Candidates will be required to undergo Physical Measurement Test as per the standards prescribed in Appendix-B of the Haryana Police (Non-Gazetted and Other Ranks) Service Rules, 2017, as amended from time to time.
2. Standard digital measurement devices will be used whenever possible to make the entire physical measurement testing process tamper-proof, fair and impartial. This will allow applicants to view their measurements on a digital performance monitor.
3. Haryana Staff Selection Commission will compile the results of the Physical Measurement Test and post them on its official website.
4. If applicants do not meet the requirements of the physical measurement test they will not be considered for further selection.
5. Only candidates meeting the required physical measurement standards will be allowed to proceed in the test selection process.

Haryana Police Constable Recruitment Physical Screening Test (PST):-

To evaluate their physical health and stamina, candidates who qualify the Physical Measurement Test will have to appear for the Physical Screening Test (PST). The following standards will be applied in this test.

Note:- At the discretion of Haryana Staff Selection Commission, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device) or any other advanced and reliable technology will be used to guarantee the validity of this examination.

NCC Certificate : Candidates who have NCC certificate at A, B or C level will receive 01, 02 and 03 marks (for constable) accordingly.

Documents that should be uploaded with the application (Required)

1. Scanned Copies of Matriculation certificate and required school qualification, including date of birth and other relevant information.
2. opy of SC/BCA/BCB/EWS/ESM certificate, as well as certificates of family members of ESM and children and grandchildren of freedom fighters.
3. Photograph.
4. Signature of the candidate.
5. Each document demonstrates advanced training, experience, etc. as per requirements.
6. Haryana Bonafide Resident Certificate,
7. Equivalency certificate.
8. As per Annexure III, the EWS Certificate is valid for 2023-2024.
9. BC-A/BC-B category certificate is valid for 2023-2024.
10. Experience Certificate issued by the concerned competent authority: See Annexure-I for Department/Board/Corporation/Company/Statutory Body/Commission/Authority/Co-operative Banks etc. Under the jurisdiction of Haryana Government for age relaxation and socio-economic burden.
11. Declaration Certificate as per Annexure-VIII. (The declaration will have to be handwritten by the candidate himself in Hindi as well as in English).
12. Certificate for children/grandchildren of freedom fighters.
