Eligibility Criteria :-
- Candidates must possess the required minimum qualification before the last date of submission of online application.
- Candidates should be well conversant with computer applications and should have knowledge of working on computer with good knowledge of typing (minimum typing speed 20 words per minute).
- The eligibility criteria for Sports and Games Quota candidates will be applicable as per the prescribed norms contained in the Resolution No. 1709, dated 12.09.2007 of the Department of Tourism, Art, Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs of the Government of Jharkhand. Direct recruitment to Group C posts.
- Candidates should be in good health, have good moral character and should not be involved in or connected with any criminal case or any offense involving moral turpitude.
- Candidates age should be 21 years or above but not more than 35 years for unreserved and EWS category, 37 years for BC-I and BC-II category, 38 years for female. (Unreserved, EWS, B.C.-I and B.C.-II) and 40 years in case of ST. And S.C. Category (for both male and female), up to 01.01.2024. Persons with Disabilities (PWD) will get additional age relaxation of ten (10) years. Ex-servicemen will be given relaxation in upper age limit up to five (5) years. Whenever called, candidates will have to produce relevant certificate in this regard relating to ex-servicemen.
- Reservation policy of the state government will be applicable and its benefit will be given only to the candidates of Jharkhand state. Candidates from other states belonging to reserved category will be treated as unreserved category candidates.
- A merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in written examination and interview.
- Candidates have to fill only one online application for the post of Assistant/Clerk in Civil Courts of Jharkhand State.
Important Information :-
- Online application is to be filled in English only.
- Candidates are advised to carefully check the requirements of eligibility, age etc. And make sure they are eligible before submitting the application. If a candidate is selected for interview, in addition to the original documents, copies of his/her supporting documents will also be required. If at any point during the entire examination process it is found that the claim stated in the application is not supported, the candidature will be withdrawn and no further claim in this regard will be considered. The decision of the High Court in this regard will be final and binding.
- At the time of scrutiny of application or document verification, if the candidates do not write their name, date of birth and father’s name exactly as they write it on their matriculation or 10th class certificate, their candidature will be immediately rejected or canceled. This matter comes to the notice of the Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi at the time of interview or at any stage/level.
- Applications with illegible/blurred photographs/documents and/or signatures will be rejected.
- Request for change/correction in any details in the application form once finally submitted will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- Applications which are incomplete or do not meet the above standards will be rejected, and in this case, further correspondence will not be considered.
- The candidate is not required to send the printout of the duly filled application form or any document to the High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi. Candidates are advised to retain a printout of the duly filled application for future need/reference.
- It is recommended that candidates keep their UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number with them which they will receive after paying the required examination fee.
- The appointment process can be stopped or postponed at any time by the High Court.
- A panel of eligible applicants selected on the basis of merit alone will make appointments.
