Note :-

1. With regard to eligibility criteria, the minimum prescribed qualification requirement must be fulfilled. Any other qualification, including any qualification higher than the minimum qualification, will not disqualify the candidate. However, only the minimum qualification prescribed will be considered.
2. It is mandatory for the candidate to pass the qualifying examination by the last date of submission of online application. Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examination but their result is awaited by the last date of submission of online application are not eligible.
3. In case of educational qualification, it should be from an institution approved by UGC/AICTE and also the degree awarded by that institution should also be approved by UGC/AICTE.
4. Internal candidates, refer to the departmental circular before applying. Interested and eligible candidates serving in NPCIL, after applying online, should take a print out of the online application and send it through proper channel.
5. For all the above-mentioned posts, candidates should preferably be proficient in working with computers and should have knowledge of software packages like Windows, MS Office etc.

• Applicants fulfilling the eligibility requirements can submit their application online to NPCIL. Applications submitted in person or by any other mode in any other format including handwritten/typed applications will not be accepted. Please do not send any documents/application forms etc. to NPCIL.
• Candidates are requested to read the eligibility criteria before applying and ensure that they fulfil the criteria.
• Candidates are required to apply only through the online application form provided on the website www.npcilcareers.co.in.
• The online application form on the website will be available from 10:00 AM on 05/06/2024 to 17:00 PM on 25/06/2024.
• All details, such as eligible degree details, experience details, percentage of marks, e-mail address, mobile number, address for correspondence, should be scanned to complete the online application process and obtain the application number. Soft copy of photograph and signature etc. is required. Therefore, applicants are advised to please keep these information ready before filling up the online application. Applications submitted in any other format including handwritten/typed applications in person or in any other mode will not be accepted.
• Before applying online, please upload your signature in JPEG format (Maximum) KB 50 480 x 640 pixels (Minimum 10 KB (Minimum 180 x 240 pixels)) and your signature in JPEG format (Maximum) KB 20 160×560 pixels (Minimum 180 x 240 pixels). This uploaded photograph should be scanned in minimum 80 x 100 pixels and only those candidates whose photograph is as printed on the call letter will be allowed to appear in the online examination/skill test.
• Candidates please enter their valid and current e-mail address as all important correspondence will be done from this e-mail address. SMS will also be sent to the candidates if their mobile is working. If the mobile number registered by the candidate is registered in the TRAI NCPR list (earlier known as DND), the candidate will not be able to receive SMS alerts related to registration.
