The objective of the apprenticeship program is to train workers in authorized crafts as per the Apprenticeship Act 1961. Other submission methods are not accepted. Important Instructions :-

The decision of the Railway Administration in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of applications and mode of selection shall be final.
Improvement of training in Railways shall not confer any right on the candidates for their absorption in Railways after successful completion of training.
If the candidate fails to produce the original certificates required for verification or any other discrepancy is found, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
Before applying, candidates must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility and other criteria. Candidates wrongly appointed will be dismissed at any stage without any notice.
The Railway Administration does not take any responsibility for sending reply to the candidates not selected or not called. No correspondence or reply will be given by this office to any person or organization in respect of the application submitted.
The registration number generated by the system is the individual registration ID of the candidate.
No boarding or lodging will be provided to the candidates at the time of reporting and during the entire apprenticeship after selection. The candidate has to make his/her own arrangement for accommodation for the entire apprenticeship period.
Candidates are not required to send any application printouts or certificates or copies to the office by post/e-mail/fax/by hand. The candidature of the candidates will be considered only on the basis of the information furnished in the online application. However, they have to bring all original certificates and produce them while verifying their candidature at the verification stage.
Request for change of Division/Unit by the candidate, after selection for appointment, will not be entertained.
