Candidates preparing for the SSC MTS and Havaldar Examination 2025 can now check their exam city details, as the Staff Selection Commission has released the city intimation slips. The computer-based examination is set to start on February 4, 2026.
The city slip helps candidates know the city and exam date allotted to them in advance. This allows enough time to plan travel and accommodation, especially for those appearing outside their hometowns. The admit card, which will include the exact exam center address and reporting time, will be issued separately in the coming days.
Earlier, SSC had allowed applicants to select their preferred exam dates between January 16 and January 25. Based on these preferences, the commission has now finalized exam city allotments and made the information available online.
What Information Does the City Slip Show?
The city intimation slip mainly includes:
- Name of the exam city
- Scheduled exam date
Candidates should carefully check the details mentioned. Any discrepancy should be noted early, even though the slip itself is not required to be carried to the exam center.
